busy summer of babies

it's been a busy summer shooting babies. i love it! while i'm itching to have a bigger space for a photo studio, i still enjoy capturing the beauty of babies and children in my living room studio. one of my friends just had a baby and i got to take his picture when he was 9 days old. he and his "big" sister were quite cooperative.  i don't know what it is about me, but my favorites are usually the photos of a baby yawning or crying!

i know this specialized colorization is a fad. soon i'm sure i'll grow tired of it....
