family photo season

The holidays are a wonderful time for family photos. I had a really busy family photo season. It was great and fun! Here are a few family shoots.

silly siblings

When big sister is in town, we try to get these three siblings together for a photo shoot. Of course, it's full of a lot of silliness. In spite of that, we captured some great photos!

new steps

I'm so excited about the newest addition to my photo props. On Craig's List I found a set of old steps for FREE. My mom and I picked them up and loaded the heavy steps into the back of my van. A friend built the wheeled base so the steps would stand on their own. They are so rustic and cool! I could hardly wait to take photos with them. Here are several photos with the steps kind of in view--aren't they great? Only downside--the paint is peeling and flaking (I need to seal them), and I have to vacuum often.

We went to my favorite park for these pictures of one of my favorite couples. Here are some of the pics I loved the best. 

 

For my birthday, I bought a WONDERFUL photoshop book with a gift card from my sister (thanks, Darcy) and I've had so much fun learning new techniques. I got to try some out on these photos.
